Never ever has a gem or jewelry be test as severe as Metagem!

Each metagem meet tens of quality test.

Metagem qualification and verification is done through extensive simulation in the development phases, but simulation is not enough. It’s also necessary to do physical testing on prototypes and end-of-line items, both to validate simulated results and to prove metagem durability to customers. In order to ensure that the products customers receive are intact and fully-functional, it is essential that they can survive the journey from when they are boxed at the factory until they arrive at the end destination.

Thermal Shock Test

Thermal Shock is performed to determine the ability of metagem to withstand sudden changes in temperature. It’s the most severe type of test of all the temperature related tests as it involves a high rate of change of temperature.Exposes metagem to alternating low and high temperatures, the transition between temperature extremes occurs rapidly.

The result is that Metagem work normally after 36 cycles below:

Condition Temperature Duration
Low Temp -4℉ 1Hour
High Temp +158℉ 1Hour

Temperature and Humidity Test

To ensure that metegems will survive those environmental conditions expected during the storage, shipping and operational periods of the products.

Humidity Temperature Duration Result
95%RH +158℉ 72Hours PASS

High and low Temperature Test

This test is to ensure that the metagem will survive those environmental conditions expected during the storage, shipping and operational periods of the device.

Condition Temperature Duration Result
Low Temp -4℉ 72Hours PASS
High Temp +158℉ 72Hours PASS

Salt Spray Test

Salt spray testing is a test method for evaluating metagem’s resistance to corrosion in the face of extended exposure to a saline, or salted spray.

PH Duration Result
6.5 48Hours PASS

Sand and Dust Test

Sand and dust can have a serious impact on the sensitive electronics that underpin the guidance and communications systems of today’s military vehicles. For this reason alone, dust test has been an important part of the quality-control process for metagem.

Electro-Static Discharge Test

Electrostatic discharge testing which is also known as ESD testing is an essential test for many product.ESD is the sudden transfer of electricity between two electrically charged objects. This electrostatic transfer can be caused by contact ,dielectric breakdown or an electrical short.

Touch Area Activation Life Test

The test machine touch metagem at a speed 40-60 times/min,and totally test 100,000 times. The touch functions of metagem work normally after the test and the touch area is just as it is before.

Vibration Test

Vibration Test is performed to determine if metagem can withstand the rigors of its intended use. Many in-service product failures are caused by fatigue, but these are avoidable with appropriate validation or investigative laboratory vibration test..

Frequency Aixs Duration
20-500Hz 3-aixs 1hour/aixs

Drop test

Drop test is performed to find out how dropping metagem onto a “floor” will affect its structural integrity using. We will dorp metagem from a hight of 1.2M onto marble tiles.Metagem work normally after the drop test.

Hight Surface(Floor) Result
120CM 2 inch marble tiles PASS

Micro-drop test

Hight Surface(Floor) Dorps Result
30CM concrete 600 PASS

Burn-in test

Burn-in test is performed on hardware devices and equipment within the manufacturing facility. They enable the detection of any problems before the device is released to the open market or for consumers. The burn-in test can be for an entire system or can be performed at a modular level, individually on each component.

The test of 72 hours successfully completed.

UN38.8

In order to ensure air transport safety, and to meet customer demand for transport of cargo containing lithium batteries, according to IATA “Dangerous Goods Regulations 58th Edition,IMDG CODE(Amdt.37-14),2014 Edition”,the relevant provisions of the development of a rechargeable battery operating specifications, namely UN38.3(UNDONT) test.

ROHS

RoHS, also known as Lead-Free, stands for Restriction of Hazardous Substances. RoHS, also known as Directive 2002/95/EC, originated in the European Union and restricts the use of six hazardous materials found in electrical and electronic products. All applicable products in the EU market after July 1, 2006 must pass RoHS compliance. RoHS impacts the entire electronics industry and many electrical products as well.

FCC

The Federal Communications Commission regulates interstate and international communications by radio, television, wire, satellite, and cable in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and U.S. territories. An independent U.S. government agency overseen by Congress, the commission is the United States' primary authority for communications laws, regulation and technological innovation.
