Metagem qualification and verification is done through extensive simulation in the development phases,but simulation is not enough.It’s also necessary to do physical testing on prototypes and end-of-line items, both to validate simulated results and to prove metagem durability to customers. In order to ensure that the products customers receive are intact and fully-functional, it is essential that they can survive the journey from when they are boxed at the factory until they arrive at the end destination.

Thermal Shock Test

Thermal Shock is performed to determine the ability of metagem to withstand sudden changes in temperature. It’s the most severe type of test of all the temperature related tests as it involves a high rate of change of temperature.Exposes metagem to alternating low and high temperatures,the transition between temperature extremes occurs rapidly.

Electro-Static Discharge Test

Electrostatic discharge testing which is also known as ESD testing is an essential test for many product.ESD is the sudden transfer of electricity between two electrically charged objects.This electrostatic transfer can be caused by contact ,dielectric breakdown or an electrical short.

Touch Area Activation Life Test

The test machine touch metagem at a speed 40-60 times/min,and totally test 100,000 times.The touch functions of metagem work normally after the test and the touch area is just as it is before.

Vibration Test

Vibration Test is performed to determine if metagem can withstand the rigors of its intended use.Many in-service product failures are caused by fatigue, but these are avoidable with appropriate validation or investigative laboratory vibration test..

Burn-in test

Burn-in test is performed on hardware devices and equipment within the manufacturing facility.They enable the detection of any problems before the device is released to the open market or for consumers. The burn-in test can be for an entire system or can be performed at a modular level,individually on each component.
